Cold Email Converted Into Meeting - What Now?

I sent out a cold email to a local micro VC firm in my town telling them about myself and asking if they'd be interested in taking on an intern next semester. The response was positive and I have meeting with a VP tomorrow. I didn't ask for informational interview, I asked for an internship. What topics should I bring up, I prepared by researching the firm and reading a book on VC but thats it. Should I be asking about his route?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
