MBB Consulting vs IB - Positioning for Growth or VC

Question is straight-forward. Set aside the money. In terms of status / reputation and what lands better offers in Growth Equity or VC , which option would you guys recommend?
Another aspect I prioritize is learning as much as possible.

Fortunate enough to be in a position where I have a few options. This past summer I worked at an investment bank and realized the quick turnover of deals + limited exposure to the company besides its financials -- limits any real transferable skills or understanding.
