Check out the structured equity funds out there like Harvest SCF, Corbel, etc. Usually non-control, debt-like investments (preferred equity or convertible debt), with equity like upside.
Yeah fairly familiar with them, but they are usually more structured equity/debt flavored as opposed to equity. As in, I feel like they come at things with the mindset of a lender > equity investor?
What kind of size you looking for?
Ideally funds sub $500m!
