Salaries in VC/Accelerators outside the US
Hi,
I am currently a student at European Target School (with EU citizenship). I will probably go to work at MBB as I find it more interesting than IB.
However, I'm not sure what to do next. On the one hand, I have always dreamed of working in PE, on the other hand, working in a VC environment seems much more interesting and has a better WLB.
Do you know how much total comp (and carry) is in VC/Accelerators in Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland) in comparison to PE (especially at higher career levels, so VP/Principal/Partner)? How much is a VC/Accelerator pay in China compared to Europe?
I would appreciate any kind of insight and information.
