Please critique my Resume (Goal: wealth management and asset management)

Hi Guys!

I am 24 years old with 1 year of full-time experience at a multi-family office. The name of the company is completely unknown and it doesn't even have a website. My goal with this cv is to transition into a wealth management or Asset Management role in Europe or Asia (not necessarily the biggest firms in the sector).

I am struggling a little bit with quantifying the impact I made at my job. Basically, I created fixed income investment grade portfolios from scratch and did credit analysis for every bond in the portfolio. The resulting portfolio has a YTM of 3.5, duration of 4 and credit rating of BBB+ (with no junk bonds). But I don't really know how to translate it to a compelling bullet point on my cv.

Thanks!

Very much needs to reallocate space away from education, scholarships, etc. toward work experience. Focus does not need to be on portfolio construction as much as it does on process - what are the specific things you did to assist in portfolio construction. Be sure to mention any client contact, even if simply sitting in on portfolio updates with the trustees (in the case of a MFO). Hope that helps.
