AGC Partners - info

Anyone have any info on America's Growth Capital (AGC) Partners. Looks like they are a mainly tech focused growth sector boutique Investment Bank. I can't tell from website or not if they do Growth Equity as well. I have an interview coming up and would like to know if anyone has any experience with them

I have a direct source with the firm and have asked him about the culture and comp recently. I have been told that comp has increased to below street as a first year and equal to or above street for second year (large jump for some reason), which also doesn't account for the lower taxes and lower cost of living in Boston. He also mentioned how the culture has improved markedly, not sure in what capacity though (culture shift has really occurred in the last year or so, which is why people might still think its rough). For example, they no longer have mandatory weekend hours, which people on wso like to mention.

Jesus. My connection with AGC is directly to their CEO. I have heard mixed reviews similar to all of you. The person who introduced me to AGC's CEO described it is a real scrappy, gritty shop with alot of former athletes. All input appreciated as I try to navigate the best opportunities.
