Bellwether Asset Management

I was wondering if anyone has heard of this off-balance sheet, real estate Asset Management firm, supposedly a newly formed branch of Oaktree Capital. No idea what the interview is supposed to be like (applying as an Intern), anyone heard of them, or can provide some insight?

Reviving this thread. What do WSO West Coast folks think about this firm? Some headhunter reached out about a role here and I'm trying to gather info about this firm since there's not a whole lot on their website...

What is pay like here? What is their reputation in the West Coast? What type of people work here? What are the culture/hours like? What type of deals do they get from Oaktree? How is that relationship with Oaktree viewed by the public? Do you know folks who came from this firm, where do they end up? Any info is greatly appreciated!
