Claremont. The school was designed to teach econ (and gov). You'll get the advantage of the consortium. Better academics in my opinion. Plenty of great opportunities on the west and you'll only be 35 miles from LA. And you really want to be in NY, fine. You'll only be a Claremont for school anyway, it's not like you'll have to commit to spending the rest of your life there or anything.

It's possible to get trading interviews at CMC but it'll take some effort. You would have to come from a quant background or have trading experience to get the interview. There are are some alumni in the area though. Also, the people who are doing EY Consulting and Amgen Corp Fin did have offers from BBs (FO) at some point but chose not to pursue.
i know personally that the last statement is not true. i think i know who you are now.

You are foolish. You have an offer from a very good and growing bank for trading, and you want to shell out a ton of money to go back to school......so that you can gain access to an industry that you are already in, except this time you want to go to a BB so you can pin a name on your chest. Good traders are good traders, brand name on the resume or otherwise.
