Sippin' on some siz-erp, sip, sippin' on some, sip

Rum, tequila, or scotch. The first two on ice with limes, scotch always neat.
What tequila do you sip on neat? Looking into branching out to some good tequilas but not sure where to start other than my usual bar items casamigos and 1942
olive juice and gin
I'll go vodka - but yes generally agree.
I used to get these heavy dirty martinis from 7B. I went in there and there was this chick who would pour me these drinks out of jars or something. I'd watch her pour heavy and would joke that she couldn't pour heavy and she would pour me these 6 shot vodka drinks (Grey Goose) that would get me so fucked up and I would work my hardest just to say the next one was weak too, but her and I had this thing about laughingly getting me really fucked up before I go out.

I want to like gin just because I've always thought it was cool and the name is cool. Idk why. But I've never liked it.
Any recommendations for brands? Maybe I've just had cheap gin and didn't realize it
I'm usually a whisky neat guy as well but i find that roku gin or the botanist are solid gins that go pretty well with tonic.
Jack and coke
Can't go wrong with a classic
Negroni or Boulevardier
ice cold martini (no vermouth) with a twist, and a bowl of big green spanish olives with a little brine
Ginger beer.
I've been off alcohol for 2 weeks.
Good man - I am on a current cleanse as well.
I was a little troubled when I noticed that I haven't gone more than 5 days without a drink since freshman year of college.
~10 days in, but feel better. Maybe it's placebo, but I'll take it to the bank.
I feel ya. But for me it's more like I just don't like drinking all that much to begin with.
Weirdly, I have my drinking phases when I drink 2~3 drinks a week and non-drinking phases when I don't even think about drinking. I guess it's genetics?
I'm just predisposed to not be a drinker.
That's a brilliant alcohol alternative
I'm just in college, so lol my tastes are much less refined than most others here. I just drink vodka shots then soda in between (not as a chaser though).
Trader joes sells an italian grapefruit soda (and also a blood orange soda)...try that with kettle one grapefruit vodka....50/50..its delicious and gets you drunk very fast if thats what you're after
I'm only 19, so I can't buy yet unfortunately.
Thank you. This will become my new go to. Hit up TJs every week
try fireball + hard cider lol
Or Fireball With Fruit punch
I float between scotch and light beers. Scotch if i'm relaxing at home and light beers if i'm actually out doing something or we're going to have a night. For a mixed drink, old fashioned every time but that's only at restaurants.
Ginger highball
Honestly a huge fan of gatorade zeros.

Cocktails: Old fashioned / Negroni
Mixed: Gin&T
Week night: red wine
Slimline tonic with a shot of gordons special dry gin
Having Crohns I have to stick to beer, which means Oberon for me.
Your crohn's bad? Mine's really mild so I usually only feel bad the next morning but not for long
I was a little rough when I was first diagnosed, but free healthcare while I'm doing my MBA in the EU means transfusions every month. I had a weird condition called Sweet's Syndrome that made me look like a monster for a week and I had scars on my face for like a 3 months so I've tried to stay away from anything that could make it worse for precautions sake.
Guinness, the black stuff. But don't worry when the Packers resume play it'll be back to a bottle of Glenfiddich 12 a week....
Ice cold water, seriously its so hot in Europe right now i bought 5 1L steel bottles just to Putin the fridge to have ice cold water at all times
Gin martini
Tequila - on the rocks with lime or margs
Seltzers are great for the pool or beach
I'll mix in an IPA or some summer beers here and there

When out on the back porch in the summer, I'll go with a Tito's, diet cran, splash of OJ. Basically a Sex on the Beach without the schnapps. So fucking refreshing and diet cran has 5 calories for 8 oz. If I am going bourbon I will do Eagle Rare on the rocks. $33 bucks a bottle in Mass for a 10 year old bourbon is an absolute steal, especially for the taste.
Caribou Lou: it's like
Caribou get them all numb
Make baby girl come, out of her shell and raise hell
Don't stop 'til the cops come
Half a bottle of 151 off in a jug
One cup of Malibu Rum, baby that's whassup then you
Fill the rest of the jug with pineapple juice and it's crackin'
The only defect is waking up like what happened
I like this song a lot. Even though he was talking about Kansas City Missouri, I hit up Hollywood Casino and he came talking about Kansas City and hit felt like it was hitting hard and always think of that trip that day.
In fact, I posted this song to facebook that day and it seems pretty low quality in dirty lyrics, but artistically, I really think its a good song.

Non-Alcoholic: Water - the essence of life.
bros no joke if you combine a can of cold brew with a cold Topo Chico it tastes just like Starbux nitro
Look at all these wannabe richies hating on an expensive salad.

You better not be trolling, I'll try
Tom Collins is an excellent summertime choice
I've been hooked on flavored sparkling water lately. Go through a case every few days.
Yeah I'm onto LaCroix Lime, Grapefruit, or Orange.

Loaded Corona: take a full corona bottle, drink the neck of the bottle, then fill the neck with Bacardi límon. Now put your thumb on the top and turn over the bottle to mix. Very tasty with extra alcohol.
Macallan 12; red wine.
Gin and tonics and white wine in summer and by the beach
Recently been drinking a new scotch called Glen Scotia:
Surprisingly delicious...a bit less fruity than my typical Abelour 12 (was my go to for a while), but really smooth and some nice vanilla notes.

Agreed, Glen Scotia is underrated

A good chianti or montepulciano can be acquired for less cost - depending on what you're will to spend and trade in quality - but make sure they have the "DOC" or "DOCG" label on the stem of the bottle
Responding to the wrong post in a thread: Not REPE
It goes well with some liver and fava beans.
Summer classic: Pimm's
Non-alc: plain good ol' tap water; and a mix of 2/3 s.pellegrino+1/3 tonic water, ice, thyme and fresh mint on ice
Holy shit I went to London for the first time last summer and Pimms and Lemonade is so fucking good
Yeah, not very common abroad. Really tasty and refreshing. I've also taken it with champagne instead of lemonade. Not for everyone and everyday, but also nice.
went to a buddy's ranchhouse a few times this summer - she'd always make a jug-load of pimms, ginger ale, and fresh cuts of cucumber and blood oranges. i remember being hammered off 3 glasses right in her kitchen 10 minutes into her putting lid on
Long Island iced tea gets you surprisingly and quickly fucked up, it's a silent killer and my go-to. When I'm out on the beach or a boat, nothing beats an ice cold Rona with lime.
Yeah Long Island Iced Tea is legit

Strawberry Lemonade Truly
Drink: Old fashioned
Mixer: G&T (preferably Hendricks)
Spirit: Scotch (Macallan 12 is my go-to)
Other than that, a whole lot of beer and wine
Been making my own Pina coladas at home and I am getting better. I use Mr amd Mrs piña mix, vanilla ice cream, dark rum preferably and real pineapple slices comes out smooth and not sweet or heavy.
Ranchwater
Early night: Bees Knees (gin, honey, lime/lemon, egg white optional) or French75 (gin, lemon, bit of sugar, shaken then topped up with champagne)
Late night: Negroni/Old fashioned
Mhm a nice apple juice, or grape juice, it's been so long I haven't drank something else than water....
Bottled or fresh? Very important
Fresh would be nice, but usually I drink bottled ones.... pathetic.
Still in love with Gin Tonic, but I reckon that Tequila Reposado is a great alternative sometimes

virgin rum and coke - preferably zero sugar.
French 75.
1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces Champagne or other sparkling wine
Natty Ice
Diet Coke
The blueberry flavor coffee from Wawa
Am a big fan of whiskey sours (especially when on the company's dime). Great mix of sweet and sour with a decent kick to get a buzz. Close second is mojitos - love that stuff for the mint. If the bartender doesn't have either of those...idk. Old fashioned maybe
Vodka-Soda, after the 2nd, it's basically water.
Frost Gatorade has been hitting lately
Yeah Glacier Freeze is where its at

Sazerac's are one of my favorite mixed drinks. Gin and tonic is great as well, super refreshing. Both are easy for me to make and I can make them well. I have also been a big fan of dropping half of an overripe peach into a glass of red wine after dinner some days. My family has been doing as a "dessert" that since before they came over from Italy.
