Looking to switch careers here. I'm currently working under the TN Visa for a management consulting firm. There is an opportunity for a corporate strategy role at UBS. I'm at the beginning of an the interview process so I haven't brought up my immigration status to the recruiter. I was wondering if there are any Canadians in the forum who held similar corporate strategy roles with TN Visa?

Hmm interesting. Based on the US embassy's website, The only thing you would need for sure (as you have all others) is the offer letter from the employer. Seeing as that would be the very last step in the job process, you should probably be ok. I'm only speculating, but I've only ever worked for one company stateside.

They use to do it for banking (Ivey placed on lot of people at UBS LA back when Moelis was in charge) so I don't see why they wouldn't do anymore.
UBS doesn't do it for banking anymore. Not sure if they would do it for corporate strategy.
