Getting Mixed Messages From Goldman Sachs

I applied to a GS job a few weeks ago. I got a HireVue invitation in the first week of March, and I completed the HireVue 8 days ago. Today, when I checked online, my status is “currently not being considered” with the time of the last update posted as February 24. However, I got the HireVue invite in March. So, I am confused about what this all means. Do applicants typically get an email update after their HireVue gets reviewed?

Perhaps you got the Hirevue as part of the automated system, but were in fact passed on by physical screening already. In any case, move on. They'll call you up if you're chosen. Especially given the circumstances.

Lol....I did not apply to a specific role. I applied to be in a part of their database. So they can still pick people any time they want.
