If you go to a target, HR sits with your school's recruiting team and they watch it together. Unsure for non-targos.
Could you shed more light on this? I heard they rate it separately?

Also are the hirevues rolling? I mean should you complete it the same day you get it or can you wait till the deadline they give you?
