Graduate Job Opportunities

I am due to graduate and have three offers that I am tossing up between. The three firms are Optiver, Vivienne Court Trading and JPMorgan. Both Optiver and VivCourt are Graduate Quant Trading roles in Sydney. JP Morgan is a Sales and Trading role in Asia. I am unsure of which one to select.

For each firm, what will the comp be like? What will the work lifestyle be like, and what are my exit opportunities.

Thanks in Advanced!

TBH, Optiver is the obvious choice here. You would be foolish to pick another one of your three offers. There’s quite a bit of information on their pay structure and the value of each “marble” on this very site if you had thought to look. Of course, things will vary based on your performance.
