90/100/110 for A1/2/3. Retroactive April 1 of this year so if you’re incoming you’ll get it I would imagine. Note that this is CF only, not quite sure what RX is doing quite yet

 

anyone think HL will raise again as they index to street pay? With all these banks now making A1 100k I really hope.

 

Really doubt they’ll raise twice, maybe for rx since they haven’t officially announced?

 

I hope so and err on the side of yes they may. HL has been around for 40 years or so. I think they generally understand how to keep up with the market. As far as I understand since the early days it was regarded as a top firm. If they want to keep that rep I would think they may need to continue to pay top wages but I don’t know for sure. I just err on the side of thinking, yes they may raise again
