HL increases base pay
Does anyone know when this will be effective? Also is A2 base currently 90 and A3 95? Meaning that it will go 90 / 95 / 100 for a1/a2/a3?

Is this for RX or CF?
Good question, I'm not sure I saw it on litquidity's story. If i had to guess I would assume across the board but someone more familiar with the matter please comment.
both - globally
Any idea what the associate level pay bump is?
Zero
I really don't understand that decision. Obviously analysts deserve the increase but can't see how associates don't also. Everybody is working long hours.
A1/2/3 is currently 175/200/225 for Rx group
Base pay increases for incoming FT analysts as well?
90/100/110 for A1/2/3. Retroactive April 1 of this year so if you're incoming you'll get it I would imagine. Note that this is CF only, not quite sure what RX is doing quite yet
appreciate you
do you think rx will stay the same? weren't they pretty slammed?
Surprising that associates didn't get a bump...
Associates not getting base bump is a final?
They ended up letting the associates know during their annual reviews (our fiscal year is March 31, so we just had reviews). Aso2 is now 200k so I assume other class years are also in line.

.
So now CF stub associate in 160k now?
So is it fair to assume VP1-3 base is now 250/275/300?
.
Dang and im at a BB making 85K a year still. FML
Any news on London salaries?
bump, any idea about salaries in the rest of europe?
anyone think HL will raise again as they index to street pay? With all these banks now making A1 100k I really hope.
Really doubt they'll raise twice, maybe for rx since they haven't officially announced?
I hope so and err on the side of yes they may. HL has been around for 40 years or so. I think they generally understand how to keep up with the market. As far as I understand since the early days it was regarded as a top firm. If they want to keep that rep I would think they may need to continue to pay top wages but I don't know for sure. I just err on the side of thinking, yes they may raise again
any news? 90 seems quite low right now

Hearing they made another raise? Can anyone confirm? Moved A3 to $125?
Cannot confirm, what about A1/A2?
who did you hear from?
Saw on the master analyst base comp thread
Bump - heard AN2/AN3 is 115/125 - can anyone confirm?
For RX
Some saying CF too, but not sure
Does anyone know if Valuation (FAS) base pay increased as well?
interested
No, I don't believe so. I had a buddy accept an AN1 offer there for $80k + 40% target bonus range.
Incoming FT 2022 - can confirm 105k base and 10k signing bonus
Rx or m&a? Signing seems off for rx
M&A
