Judging by your name, you're probably working at RBC or DB rather than Evercore. Even if you were at Evercore, no girl above a 5/10 knows what it is. 

However, my GS offer letter did come with a clause that explicitly stated we can only get with 8/10+ or we'd have the offer rescinded. Can't have bad PR.
