Depends on my workload. 3-4 days a week minimum. Maximum is 6-7. Generally, I lift 3-4 times a week and will run when I'm done assuming I have the time to complete the run on top of lifting. If I don't have the time to run after I lift, I move the run to the days I don't lift. This way I can still let my body recover after I lift and make sure I can get the running in.

When I'm at my primary residence in Canada 7 to 14 times a week since I have a gym at home and love two a days (just split a workout basically).

In SLC since I'm stuck with a pretty extreme work commute and the gym at my apt sucks maybe like 3 to 5 times a week. There's a planet fitness I go to sometimes here but they don't have a real rack or even free weights that go very high. Kind of annoying.

Define exercise. If it's walking 2 plus miles a day (walking to and from work assuming no detours, and there are always detours), 7 days a week. If not, 3-5 times a week

I used to do Asia-Pacific PE (kind of like FoF). Now I do something else but happy to try and answer questions on that stuff.

For the people who have responded so far do you all work in MM/ more relaxed groups? How are you all able to manage 4 times a week regularly given the hours?
