Kellogg MS in Management Studies(MSMS) program.

Hi guys,
I recently came across a new MS in Mgmt Studies program at Kellogg. Trying to find some information about the program other than what's already mentioned on the website. Since it's a new program, wondering whether to apply for it or not. Being an international, placements are a big concern.

What do you guys think?
Please feel free to share anything you might know about it.

Thanks in advance!

Only available to Kellogg UG's. It's been around for over a year now, but they tightly control the info that gets out there. I've been in contact with them and I think sometime in the future they might open the degree up to non NW students.

I'll ping my contact there and get some more information. This is a pretty recent development as I talked with them maybe 3-4 months ago and they were pretty firm about this being an in house program only. Glad they decided to open this up.

Hi I'm interested in this program as well. My main concern is whether the students in this program will get the same access to career services as the undergrads/ MBA at Kellogg? I think everyone who applies to this type of program wants to get a job in the end so job placement matters a lot.

They might have pushed your app to Round 2. Did you upload the unofficial score report just to be safe? From what I recall, it was clearly written in the app that they interview each candidate but the website says otherwise.

You should write to them to clarify the issue.

Was just trying to submit my Round 2 Application and saw on the website that my application's status is "Deadline Expire" when the stated deadline is clearly February 13th. Does anyone have the admissions' email address so that I can ask them about that?

Just took a quick look at Michigan Ross MIM. There aren't too many forums on this one too (although Ross website has given more placement information than Kellogg's)

Companies list by Ross MIM career page: "EJGallo, Digitas, TJMaxx, Huron Consulting, PepsiCo, Keating Consulting Group, Target, FTI Consulting, LaSalle Real Estate, Textron, Toys R Us"

Another sentence from Ross MIM career page - "In April-May, incoming Master of Management students engage in career exploration activities led by Ross Career Services. These activities equip incoming students with crucial knowledge about different types of careers, including consulting, marketing, and corporate finance"

Well, it appears they have made the objectives of the program quite clear. So, time to strike off this one too or will networking land you a fin role?

Looks like only Duke MMS vs Best MSF's: very tough decision

The website just showed a download link - 'The 2016 Class Profile'. Does that suggest the Entering class or the Graduating class of 2016? Quite confusing as the applications for the entering class is still open so they can't have released an exhaustive class profile yet?
