I have a superday coming up for a lateral position at an EB. Nearly all of my interviewers are MD/Partners, so what can I expect as a lateral that may be different than a university student? Will the interviews be more technical or more behavioural? Besides the standard technicals are there other things I should brush up on (current events, stock pitch, etc)?
