MBB on hold/waitlisted after final round

Got a call last night after my MBB final round telling me I was on hold and would know for sure before Thanksgiving. My guess is that since I'm on the fence they want to wait til after their next 1-2 final rounds to see how I stack up.

I've started reaching out to my (mostly junior) contacts at the firm to let them know/"make some noise."

Would love to hear your advice! Thanks.

Mine worked out a couple days ago :)

wasted, lemme know which office and firm you're talking about, and I can hopefully shed more light having just gone through the process.
