Mesirow Financial in 2020

Does anyone have any information on Mesirow Financial (IBD) in Chicago? There are really no good recent threads on the firm, and I would really appreciate some insight into reputation, exit opps, culture, and comp. According to the WSO database (only 2 salaries), IB analysts only bring in around $100k or less all in, so I just want to sanity check that because it doesn't seem right. Also, any insight into SA 2021 recruiting would be awesome. Thanks guys!

Heard comp was below street from a friend (pre COVID raises at least)

Also the cut like most of their interns during COVID (like over 50% or something crazy like that).

For what its worth, I did hear culture was good for people who are fratty
