Disagree re: Moelis, but they're definitely huge hardos

Completely agree on Wharton though - not the nicest folks

And that's why we killed it, every single fucking deal

definitely not, know many semi-targets like emory and a few non-targets

Funny to see MS being talked about here, going through recruiting when speaking to people in the M&A group, it was like talking to a brick wall. Absolutely no engagement whatsoever and I think of myself as someone who can talk to anyone. I even go to a target, just not HYPW.

Likely because they've only slept 2 hours over the past 2 days

Not sure this is true. I go to a non HYPS target and we send a kid or two to MS M&A every year. Never had any elitism problems with em. They actually often take kids with very impressive backgrounds, come from poverty, etc.

Weirdly agree that MS tends to have this attitude though I have seen non-target kids go there time to time. It's important to make sure that you come off as polished to a degree which is just as important as coming off as prepared for any interview given you're dealing with people who expect that kind of behavior when speaking to an MD or a client.
