ONEX Recruitment
Hi all, I am interested in Onex. I couldn't find any recent Onex post on WSO. I'd really appreciate if someone could answer my following questions.
- When do they start recruitment in Canada? Should I expect 2022 fall recruitment to kick off by Sept/Oct?
- Is the recruitment mainly completed through headhunter/networking? If headhunter, which HH represents Onex? Is it CPI?
- Is anyone able to provide some colour on their fund/investment strategy? How is the team? Do you need an MBA to move up ranks?
- Lastly, is anyone able to comment on their associate salary? I understand that that they pay comp in USD. Can you provide a range for base + bonus (all-in comp).
