Purchase Price Allocation filings data wanted
Does anyone know if there is a database of PPA data that has been aggregated from 10-k public filings? I am looking to do some analysis of transactions, however the data I need is buried in individual 10-Ks in the notes section. Is there a database out there that has been created, ideally with SIC codes, useful lives assumptions, etc?
Any info on vendors or open source data would be appreciated!
Factset has some database although I don't find it completely accurate. I am paranoid and usually only trust source documents. Ditto for CapIQ
