Question about SA - Full-Time Recruiting

Hello Everyone, I have a question; if when I recruited for SA, I declined some offers and accepted another one, can I recruit full-time for the firms that I declined the SA offers? Will I be in disadvantage? will they blacklist me? Thanks in advance.

I don’t think they’ll blacklist you, but you’ll need to have an incredibly convincing explanation as to why you turned them down once but now are interested (and it just being because you didn’t get an SA return offer absolutely will not cut it!). The good news is that, if you got an offer once, chances are there are some people there that liked you, so I’d recommend reaching out with that story of why you are interested in their bank and wouldn’t turn it down again this time around.
