Can anyone provide any information about the following: Work culture Hours Pay rate Typical day as an analyst at this firm I am considering working at their Irvine office as well so any information on this particular location, would be really helpful. RMB is basically a multiboutique firm / a platform for individual PMs to launch small new funds with seed capital and administrative and distribution support. So your experience would really depend upon the team that you're on. Since you mentioned it's their Irvine office, it's probably their international small cap fund (correct me if wrong). If so, I think the PM is a decent guy and I like his investment philosophy but be aware that he has bounced between multiple small shops over the past decade and never really got traction at any of them(i.e. RMB, Keeley, ENR, EDGE).
