SocGen vs Deutsche

If you had offers from both of these banks, which one would you choose? I know Deutsche has more history but in recent years it has been falling.

 

One advantage of joining Deutsche is after cutting equities, the risk of landing on a terrible desk is virtually zero, I have heard socgen pay above street bonus though
