Sterilizing at least 75% of the population for the sake of humanity.

We should do it.
Look at the people around you. They're on their little phones all the time, can't hold a conversation without checking their phones, spending all of their money on designer clothes and online whores that they can't even touch, arguing and fighting about political parties that doesn't even care about them, fill their bodies with toxic food, invest in stupid things, kill each other, hurt each other, whine about the rich, steal from the rich and blame the rich, and have children to give meaning to their miserable lives without conributing anything to the humanity. These people shouldn't have children, because they will be like them, useless.
Also, we should sterilize more than 90% of the Africa and Middle East. Because of inbreeding and lack of food people who live there tend to have lower IQs, and have too many children. These people are giving birth to make their children suffer with them. Most of these children would choose to not born instead of wasting their lives while trying to find clean water.People who will not be sterilized

Everyone who doesn't fit into these criterias should be sterilized, and should given money in exchange of their fertility. I would expect the resistance  from religious people, but most of the liberals and people that are living in Africa and Middle East would happily accept the money.
Some of you may say 'What do you contribute to humanity ?'. That's a pretty nice question. I steal the money of useless people who will waste on stupid things, and give it to the people who are inventing things and trying to save humanity.
What's your opinion ? Do you think governments should sterilize people ?

Ok Hitler.

Hitler was far more rational and had a genuine vision to create an empire rivalling Rome of old that nearly worked. He was a biologist who wanted to further human evolution by culling the inferior, an environmentalist that pioneered renewable energy (and was vegetarian) and a great statesman, philosopher and conqueror, rivalling Bonaparte and Alexander.

He was absolutely not a vegetarian. That was something his minister of propaganda cooked up to make him seem more noble at a time whenGandhi was seen as quite popular. Hitler did have some leanings on animal rights but that stopped short of his dinner plate. Do a basic internet search mate. Hitler’s favorite dish was pork dumplings.

These people shouldn't have children, because they will be like them, useless.

But who will package all the stuff I buy from Amazon? Even useless people have a use.

Also, I noticed Skilled Labor (Construction workers, welders, electricians, etc.) wasn't on your "People Who Will Not Be Sterilized" list and in my experience the children of skilled labor workers typically follow in the footsteps of their parents so in this scenario the entire global economy will pretty much come to a halt. Imagine the supply chain issues going on now cranked up to 11 when there is no one left to operate the cranes, forklifts and trucks at the ports, assuming there are even any goods to transport considering there is no one left to work in factories and create goods in the first place.

The AI. If you look at the warehouses of Amazon, it's mostly runned by robots except packaging. In 10 years, just a couple of people will work at these warehouses, just to manage the AI.

Construction workers, welders and electricians may take over 10-15 years to replace, but by the time they're old/dead, the AI would be ready.

As of today, we have cars that are self-driving (Tesla) and this will continue to improve every year. Do you really think that in 10 years we will need people to use these cranes/forklifts/trucks to transport things ? No way.

China is a heaven for the AI right now. Many companies are adopting AI and uses automation. The government heavily invest into these technologies too. Which will just speed up the process of making ''useless people'' jobless.

Even if someone wanted to take him seriously, that entire list is a contradiction to his opening paragraph lol.  Complains about political parties infighting but then includes politicians on the list.  Complains about vapid and vain behaviors but then includes models.

He probably put consultants and financiers on the list to make sure he didn't include himself in the sterilization list.

lol man we all know u want attention with negative comments but i'll take a bite.

Why u acting as if that kids of white collar professionals will be productive guaranteed?  U should've added in blue-collar workers who also greatly help the economy, not just glorified salesmen and powerpoint masters.  yes I'm a HF analyst but I do not have a glorified sense of what i do.  I just make money albeit with interesting work.

Do you realize that once you sterilize all the undesirables, suddenly models will be compared to each other and the 8/10 - 10/10 models will shift to a new range of 1/10 to 10/10 where 10/10 is for a literal god/goddess looking person and 1/10 is like Halle Berry but then she would eventually be sterilized too cause she's now considered "ugly"?

Same thing with the top chefs. Once the average to below average chefs are all dead, suddenly Gordon Ramsay ain't hot shit compared to the other Michelin star chefs and would eventually be sterilized.

And on and on it goes.

Seriously, do you think there would be any point in being a billionaire if 75% of the world's population were gone? A billion dollars wouldn't even get you anything, since it's a credit against the labour of those people. You'd have plenty of space but your quality of life would be tanked. Here, let me tell you what you need to do. Come with me on a journey - to a fantastic place - where you are one of a handful of all-powerful decision makers, steering the globe to your every whim and desire.

First off you absolutely need a big global population, seriously, and you want to encourage and incentivise as many of them as possible to learn and produce much as possible. You want there to be enough genetic outliers in the population so that they can create new incredible things. You need top doctors to keep you healthy, top researchers, designers. Even top artists and musicians to develop the finest pleasures. Maybe most importantly, the guy who can design your yacht, or derive the machine learning routines to self-drive your Tesla.  Very few of them will reach these pinnacles, so you need a broad pyramid. They need other yachts to learn on, and textbooks and professors to teach them.

Second, you have to remember that even the others, who don't make it to the top, are important, but they will be the supporting cast whose demand for goods, labour, pension savings all contribute to this incredible economic vehicle which raises your quality of life beyond anyone that came before. There's no denying the reality that free trade and capitalism has been the single biggest generator of wealth in human history. And you want wealth. The more there is - the more your disproportionate slice of the pie gets you. So you need the whole package, society, people with jobs and houses and relationships and lives; only you need to keep them kind of in this holding pattern - they had better want to work, and work hard. More on that below.

A third more subtle point is that a lot of economic activity requires people to have different risk profiles, and time horizons, during the ageing process. Mortgage assets expand the money supply by indebting young adults, fattening balance sheet capital to write corporate loans. People invest in higher-risk assets when they're younger and risk-off as they age etc. So you need the ageing process, and you need new generations to replace them. Preferably more than a replacement - you want a growing population - to encourage those worker bees now that they can have a nice time when they retire (right!?). They need to be motivated, but not too motivated. Enough to keep striving, competing, but not enough to throw it all away on Hail Marys. It's not possible to design a precise enough system to achieve that, since everything is so interconnected. I guess we're lucky this time, that seems to happen naturally.

Finally, let's discuss what you really don't want. Well you don't want 'disruption', you don't want 'uncertainty'. These are just costs at the end of the day which slow down the economic progress you so desperately need. Wars and rebellions are a disaster; frankly any sort of independence is kind of a threat. You definitely don't want people to give up or opt-out. You need to keep them just incentivised enough to keep hustling during their best years, but not comfortable enough to stop. Your very worst outcome is your top achievers becoming comfortable too soon. Imagine if your heart surgeon earned enough to feel comfortable at 35; a nice homestead, happy wife and a couple of kids, enough stake in the equity of the economy that he didn't have to keep it all going. Well fifteen years later when you need a bypass, where is he - out fishing?? You can't abide that. Ideally, you don't want them to actually *own* anything; far better for them to rent it. That way, you get to own it, they keep labouring. Not only that but you get the passive income as well.

Along with self-sufficiency you don't want rabble-rousers, even critical thinkers. The best thing about owning everything is you can keep those people in line. The digital age is a godsend for you now. You can get these people deplatformed. If they're enough trouble you can debank them. Won't get a loan, won't get insurance. As long as they lack independent means, you've got them where you want them. If they do, you're just waiting for the metaverse. Once those lines between real life and the digital platforms of the oligarchy are blurred, you'll be able to deplatform them for real.

Of course, if you could do it, you'd love to just simply vanish some kinds of ideas outright. With enough power, you might be able to, but you'd need a vice grip on information. Perhaps with more development in psychology, behavioural studies and neuroscience they could come up with some rubrics for doing this. We all know humans are social, tribal animals - why not exploit that? In-group preference and ostracising disruptors, if you can get them young and enforce a scarcity mindset, they'll do anything not to be othered. Because we all know there's only so much, and if you aren't in, you're out. And if you're out, you are not gonna have a good time.

So let's bring it back around, since this was quite an adventure. I think it's clear that if you had all the power in the world - enough to snap your fingers and evaporate 75% of the planet - you probably wouldn't. I think you would probably come up with some sort of globalised economic system. In fact it might not look too different to today.

And yes I'm aware I'm in a Wendys. I'll have a Baconator please.

no point in financiers and consultants in a world that has been devastated population wise and is rapidly declining. capitalism is all about constant growth.

politicians are all crooks and corrupt whats the point in them

what is the point in philosophers? any one can read  philsophy book.

in your world, after 1-3 generations, who will be the engineers, mechanics, plumbers, welders etc? who will fix everything once it breaksdown?

Nothing will change. The world and the economy will not be interrupted by the slow population decline, because useless people will be replaced by the AI. Sure, some companies may go bankrupt. But, this will open new revenue doors for many other companies. Big companies will easily exploit Africa's and Middle East's natural resources to use these sources to invent new technologies and improve the current technologies. We will most likely start colonizing other planets, and start mining metals from asteroids. While robots are doing the 'slave work', we will explore the possibilities of our universe.

Gotta have some people to take the blame if things go wrong. That's the what politicians are for.

Philosophers are needed for wisdom.

Most engineers are millionaires, so they wouldn't be sterilized.

In 20-30 years, most of the mechanics, plumbers and welders will be robots. These are simple tasks without high-complexity that can done by an AI.

Sure, you first. Proof or ban.

Hey guys, BBH here (just made a new account), this isn't me.

I believe in judging individuals by the accomplishments of their bloodline and ethnicity, meaning those who created eternal/everlasting/celestial/immortal empires (Rome, Qing, Song, British, Prussia, Byzantine, Macedonia, Parthia, etc) should be allowed to live, while ethnicities who have accomplished nothing (Africans excl. Egypt, Native North Americans, Native Oceaniceans) should not.

No particular preference for sparing those who were able to accumulate and hoard gold. The conquest of clay and soil is a much better measure of merit than the conquest of gold and silver.

This part I 100% agree with

Also, we should sterilize more than 90% of the Africa and Middle East. Because of inbreeding and lack of food people who live there tend to have lower IQs, and have too many children. These people are giving birth to make their children suffer with them. Most of these children would choose to not born instead of wasting their lives while trying to find clean water.

Kill billions of Africans and Natives today, or trillions of Africans and Natives generations later will pay in blood for the biological shortcomings of their ancestors when a natural disaster/global genocide happens again.

Ever figured that society can't work with only people at the top of their hierarchies? Granted, they are the ones that produce the most, but what's the point of producing 100, if you have a population of 10? You kinda need n.2 to need n.1, otherwise there's no real competition.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.
