Super Day Question
I went to a super day for a BB yesterday (Friday) for a summer analyst intern position. There are three programs available for this internship, but when I received confirmation to go to my second round of interviews (super day), I was already assigned to one program in the email. During the interview, the interviewer asked me which program I would prefer again and I answered. I picked the same program that I was assigned to initially. Afterwards, I received an email from the recruiter 2 hours after my interview thanking me for coming and asking me which program I would prefer out of the three to get a sense of my primary interests. It was not an offer email. My questions are:
-
Is this a good sign that they are heavily interested in me? Does this email indicate something good in regards to my interview on Friday? Or is this something that the recruiter would email to every candidate that interviewed during the super day?
-
I know a lot of people hear back from super day interviews the day of or the following Monday/Tuesday. Would this be considered hearing back from the company?
chestnutsinthebank, hey, look at the bright side, at least you didn't get a ton of monkey shit thrown at you...here is my best guess on threads that might be helpful:

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
To answer part of this many times what you tell one group (hr, banking) won’t get communicated to everyone. In general from my perspective there’s minimal organization in the process and both hr and banking think they run the show. That said I think it’s just a standard hr email to get you on record and to confirm after meeting people your ranking.
