Tecum Capital - Thoughts?

Any thoughts from the community on whether this firm is a solid move, coming from a MM group at BB? They are based in Pittsburgh and have a hybrid structure consisting of an SBIC fund that is their primary strategy and an LMM buyout fund supported by permanent capital from a single HNWI.

Title would be Analyst, with base in $65-80k range plus bonus up to 40% (would be pay cut from banking).
