depends on headcount i would say, just try it out, you never know.
also not based in US so how would it work out for interviewing etc?
Just keep applying if the deadlines arn't up yet. I wanna say sooner the better, but from my friend in London he said it was a typical first round phone interview but it may be different at other places.
