Updated Email Formats for Banks
Anyone want to share email formats for the major banks?
I've looked through wso, and most of the threads seem to be pretty old regarding this topic.
What are the email address for all Wall Street Banks?
Our users provided a list of some of the common email addresses - however, it should be noted that there can be multiple email formats for a bank.

E-mail format for different banks? (Originally Posted: 07/24/2015)
I realize that most banks have a standard e-mail format for their employees.
[email protected] //Goldman Sachs
Is there a place where I could find a list of the formats for each bank?
If I've got alumni contacts at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan.....how can I go about deriving their e-mails? My school does NOT permit undergraduates to use the alumni database (insane, I know).
As a last resort I could just try to 'connect' with them on Linkedin.
I've been connecting with several graduates on LinkedIn and its been well thus far, you just have to write up a small pitch to send with your request that stays under the character count
Google can answer this question in less time than it took you to post this question. As could the firm database on WSO. The 3 banks you listed are all [email protected] as is usual for all BBs (off the top of my head). I'd imagine it's the same for the majority of EBs, that said I know Evercore is just [email protected] (for the guys I was emailing anyway).

Hope this help.
BearingPoint: no longer exist Deloitte: typically first initial middle initial last name @deloitte.com (different if the person has a common name)
Accenture: first name.last [email protected] If it's a common name, first name.middle initial.last [email protected] PwC: first name.last [email protected] (for US)
Can we Have a Supreme Email Structure Thread? (Originally Posted: 07/24/2010)
If we made a thread into a directory of email structures and just had one source instead of 9,000 different threads looking for one, I think it would be convenient. Kind of like the Capital IQ search that is stickied at the top of this page.
Just throwing it out there.

I posted this yesterday too lol. I think its the best email structure thread around.
You win.
Someone ought to consolidate all the e-mail formats for BB and top MM banks into one thread (Originally Posted: 09/13/2010)
I would if I knew them...
This has been attempted before and you can find them if you do a search. Finding it on the company website or google is pretty easy.

Before you get flamed like there's no tomorrow, I'd advise you to use the search function; this topic has been addressed multiple times before, and one of those times was just within the last month or so if I'm not mistaken.

Any of you have a standard cold email that you just cater to the specific bank/firm you are applying to? I am drafting emails now and it isn't going to well.
Thanks!

Bank E-Mail formats (Originally Posted: 04/15/2013)
Alright, I know the general e-mail formats for banks, but I was wondering what about a name like "Josh"?
Let's say Josh worked at GS, would his e-mail be [email protected] or would it be [email protected]?
I just want to know how banks deal with a nickname.
This might be a stupid question, but any insight would be greatly appreciated.
That depends on the individual really. Some use Mike instead of Michael.
Up to the individual. They usually ask you what you want when you start. It's usually 50-50 too. Some change it to their nickname, some leave it as joshua
Is it really THAT difficult for you to just test it out yourself?
If you get the response email saying that name doesn't exist, send the other one.
It is up to the individual, but most people will go for their full name "William" "Christopher" "Jeffrey"
F500 email formats? (Originally Posted: 03/15/2014)
Does anyone know the email address formats for common F500s like P&G, MasterCard, American Express, and Verizon?
Thanks!
why?
Applying for an internship at one of those places and found out a pretty senior alum works in that division... wanted to reach out.
You could call into the office and talk with him.
E-mail formats at large companies typically follow one of the standard formats:
JohnSmith@ John.Smith@ John_Smith@ John.MI.Smith@ (if there is more than one John Smith at the company) John_MI_Smith@ (if there is more than one John Smith at the company) JSmith@ (more common for smaller companies)
I'll typically try to find the e-mail format by looking for the Investor Relations contact on the website, checking the "Contact" page, or just by Googling "@verizon.com", for example, and trying to find the correct e-mail format. If nothing else works, just try using all of the possible e-mail formats -- you might get a couple undelivered, but you'll usually hit the right one eventually.
Try https://www.email-format.com/ Also, try the above poster's suggestions. Cheers.

FME, they usually change the format for the MD level.
Does anyone know Rothschild & Co email format for the analysts? It appears they've changed it for the FT 2019 class.
Anyone know the format for GHL? Tried out a few combinations without luck.
