Thanks guys. Down to 205 now. Got another 30 pounds to go. Yeah, I'll probably write up a post about how I did it (but it was easy). SCD is the easiest diet in the world to follow.

Aint that the truth. Everyone always asks me how I did it too, and I always come back with the same kind of answer "it really wasn't that hard..."

Every time I hear an overweight person complain about how they can't lose weight, I just want to beat them over the head with a copy of Ferriss' book and yell "dude, quit bitching and DO something - it's easy! If I can do it, you can do it!"
