Interview
Interview took around a month, with the initial application being a bunch of online tests. As i was applying for their Graduate program for a Canadian office, my application was done online around September/October. Once my application went through, i received a email a few days later requesting me to do some online assessments. I had to take a general economics assessment, along with a ethics/behaviour driven assessment. After which, i received a call from HR a few days later asking general questions, including if i was legally allowed to work in Canada, etc. After about another week, HR called me to schedule a virtual interview (i was applying from another city) with my hiring manager along with a HR representative. This round lasted about an hour, and was mostly fit related. Technical questions asked were quite minor, they were more interested in if I had solid people skills along with my ability to work with others. The only technicals i was asked was related to how i would describe Canada's current economy. I received an offer the following Tuesday.
Interview Questions
I was asked what I would do if i was given a team target to improve our teams sales/underwriting by 20%. They wanted to know how I would achieve this goal

- Multiple questions 1-to-1 with interviewer: in the end, asked what I would do if the company would ask me to do something not proper
- Asked to evaluate different kinds of loans/mortgages to be assigned to different clients. In particular, I had to find which client should not be assigned the loan/mortgage and carefully explain my reasoning. I was assigned a small report with general and financial data on each company
