Personality Test
Interview
First I applied. Then I did a skills/personality test on a website where some of the answers required a video response. Then I had a one on one phone screening with an analyst/associate which went well. Then a 3 hour superday with 4 different people from sales/trading. Heavy emphasis on brain teasers, math, in additional to classic behavioral and market questions. Much more formulaic and step oriented than most other banks.
Interview Questions
Lots of brain teasers (how many many sides on a weird kind of cube, FX conversions with aggressive rounding necessary). Also, interviewers were heavy on the formula side, which means that they have very specific questions to ask you and will not help you along.
