6yrs of exp in LO AM -- fair comp to ask for in NYC?

Hey guys, I have 6 YOE in LO buy-side from a top AM on the West Coast. Have an interview with a firm managing $50bl AUM in NYC and was thinking of asking for $350k total starting comp. Is this a fair benchmark?

5-7yrs ago I would've thought it was maybe $300k but there's been a ton of inflation and increasing COL in NYC since then as well, so I've been hearing the comp range has moved up a decent bit since then

I went to a T10 UG and have my CFA as well for context. So IMO I'm roughly equivalent to a post MBA hire with 2+2+2 (though with 6yrs of direct investing experience of course). Much appreciated guys
