Hey Guys,
I have a friend who is in Asset Management at a BB and has been given an Research Associate Equity Research position at Boutique. He is a recent grad. Do you think that the exit opportunities from the sell side are better than the buy side? I have heard that the salary difference might be small in the beginning between a Research Associate on the Sell Side and a 1 st Analyst on the buy side but that sell side pays a lot more down the road. What do you guys think?
