I know a guy there; seems like a pretty solid place to work. In terms of investing style, it's a growth shop, long-term focused (3+ year time horizon), heavily focused on assessing competitive moats and company culture. Think Buffett, but growthier.

In terms of culture, my impression is that you get a lot of independence as an analyst to structure your own day and work as you see fit. Everybody is a generalist, and you usually spend a couple weeks at a time ramping up on individual stocks: reading 10-Ks, doing expert network calls, etc. I can't imagine the hours are that bad, given the investment style. No idea about pay.
