Hi, I can provide some perspective on the associate side. Salary comp is lower than what you'd get at Wellington/Fidelity, Glassdoor #s are fairly accurate. Bonus is on par with what you would get on sell side $10-40K.

On the culture... not great if you don't fit the "MFS mold." Diversity is severely lacking, so not great if you're a POC. For stock coverage... not typical for RAs to get own coverage vs other firms.

Recruiting... tends to be fairly open. Previous hires have been from both non targets and targets. Recommend reaching out to folks at the firm, and get an internal referral.
