Anyone heard about i80 group?
They seem to be backed by Iconiq and have a few billion to deploy in fintech. Anyone have any experience with these guys?

I can discuss further with you if interested, but speaking from experience all I can advise is to stay away. I honestly couldn’t imagine a worse workplace culture if I tried. To say you will be treated horribly is an understatement. And if you are wondering if the poor treatment is offset with good pay, think again. You are paid below market comp. And you will be in office 5 days/week, 8:30-7 bare minimum (arrival/departure times monitored) with absolutely no flexibility. It’s a lose-lose situation.
The proof is in the turnover. They’ve turned over half the firm in the last 12 months. I can’t even exaggerate the level of mistreatment that takes place at i80.
