BB AM mobility from satellite office

Hi all, will soon be starting a FI portfolio trading role at AM arm of BB (GS/JPM/MS). Very grateful for work opportunity in this economy. The work and group sound very interesting. But location is not where I want to be (Chi/NYC/London) long term. Couldn't find much info on internal or external mobility. Would anyone be able to share how you might go about getting to a bigger city, how you might justify to your team wanting to move so soon, or what the timeframe might look like (ideally still in AM/HF space)?
