benchmark comp numbers for 2nd/3rd year research associates at LO AM?
At a large LO AM going into my second year and wanted to benchmark what the industry is paying all in for 2nd and 3rd year RAs. this would be specifically for equities

Just received an offer from a boutique LO for about $150-160K all-in TC after ~2 years in ER. This would be a little low, right?

Targeting ~225k in year 1 after 3 years on SS
$160k as a 2nd year RA at a large US LO
Base $185k + $45k performance bonus + $20k profit share + $40k retirement contribution. Really strong year contributed some of the best performing ideas
I’m also expecting to be promoted so that would bump everything up by 10-15% for following year
