Hey,
If i want to pursue a career in Asset Management, perhaps specializing in natural resources industry, would it be a good idea to complete Berkeley's undergraduate program on "Environmental Economics and Policy" in their Natural Resouces College?

Pretty sure when I graduated, taking a minor in HAAS is pretty easy. Not sure about double major across different colleges.

There is no minor in Haas. You can double major in business and another subject, but you first have to be admitted to Haas.
