BlackRock at Middle/Senior Levels?
Most discussions surrounding BLK on here seem to talk about internships/entry-level programs. I'm curious if anyone on here has a view on where BLK stands at more senior levels as it relates to culture, career development, and compensation? Based on what I can gather, it seems to be political which is unsurprising given the scale with the offset being that WLB tends to be slightly better than industry although that is reflected in comp to a degree. For context, I am evaluating a role on the research side.
