Blackrock PMG: culture, exit opps, reputation

I have an upcoming interview with BlackRock PMG, but I wanted to understand more about their culture, exit opps and reputation. There doesn't seem like much info about this, except the standard Glassdoor reviews and some on WSO

From what I've understood about their reputation - they're a solid brand akin to a Tier 2 Investment Bank within the Investment Management sector. They seem to have a large number of connections to Governments, perhaps more so than many other IM companies.
