BlackRock SA Superday
I've been invited to BlackRock superday for an SA and was wondering to expect...Has anyone attended in the past or have an advice from any other BlackRock final rounds?

What group?
I went to a BlackRock super day last Friday. It was pretty cool. It was for Global Client Group - Sales Operations. 5 back to back interviews that consisted of almost entirely fit/behavioral questions and a few questions about the condition of the market. Good food and nice people. There were only 8 other interviewees where I was and half were interviewing for marketing position, the other half sales. They said we would hear back by the following Tuesday, good or bad. Good luck!
