Hi guys, I am about to negotiate a junior PM contract, I've always worked as analyst before and so I don't know in detail the bonus structure for PM roles. Should I expect/demand a fixed share of the P&L or is usually determined differently? The role is at a London based asset management, AUM $60bn, strategy is fixed income absolute return.
