Career Progression for Sales/Business Development at AM Firm
Just wondering what the normal career progression is for someone as a Sales Associate at a AM firm. Really want to make a pivot to the Investment side as I am more quantitative than qualitative. To give you an overview, I currently help the seniors with both institutional and retail sales. More so of a helper as I just started out. I am set to take my CFA soon and was wondering if you guys have any input on transitioning/progression.
