Carl Icahn v.s. BlackRock / ETFs
Surprisingly, there aren't a lot of topics on here discussing ETFs despite their increasingly prominent and highly disruptive role in the asset management industry.
Carl Icahn has a lot of thoughts regarding BlackRock and has been throwing jabs at Larry Fink, who is often referred to as the "most powerful man in the post bail-out economy."
What are WSO's thoughts on ETFs, specifically, do you think they pose some sort of systemic risk to financial markets? I'm curious to hear. Link is attached if you haven't kept up with the debate.
