CITI PB Banker Team Structure & Associate Roles

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any experience with the banker team structure at Citi's PB?

My understanding is that it's composed in the way I list below, but is this correct? Also, what's the difference between an Associate Banker and Banker Associate? Is one better than the other? Are the Associate roles similar of those of JPM's PB structure, where associates manage a small book?

1. Client Services Specialist (or Service Officer)
2. Relationship Officer
3. Banker Associate
4. Associate Banker
5. Banker
