Cold Marketing to individuals working in IB, M&A, Etc.

Hey everyone, looking for some input/help. I work as a Risk & Wealth Management Advisor (Financial Advisor) in New York. I am looking to start reaching out to individuals working in IB, M&A, Etc. (High Finance), and trying to figure out the most effective way to do so. The end goal of any outreach would be to set up a quick (~10-15 minute) intro call for the following week to go over some of the work my team does for our clients and see if continuing the conversation makes sense. My usual outreach method is an email followed by a phone call a few days later. I am looking for input on my outreach method as well as the actual content (What should my emails say for example?) Thanks to anyone who provides input.
